Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production support team member to assist in daily operations, changeovers, and outbound shipments. You will help package products for internal and external use and support teammates to maintain safety and quality.

The role emphasizes working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with the Production Lead and peers to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports plant production needs for daily operation and changeovers.
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
• Reports all production waste to the Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures
  

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
