Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Operator to support daily plant operations, changeovers, and outbound shipments. You will assist in packaging products for internal and external use and help teammates with changeovers.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior manufacturing experience, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.
