Job summary

SelecSource is hiring for General Labor / Warehouse positions in Vidalia, GA. Pay is $13.00 per hour with various shifts available. The role supports daily production and warehouse operations, maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization on the work floor.

Ideal candidates will have dependable attendance, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a willingness to learn new processes. PPE and safety procedures are required and adherence to GMP standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to learn new processes and procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely lift and move materials as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials.
• Operate basic equipment and tools as trained and authorized.
• Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy.
• Follow work instructions, production standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist team members with meeting daily production goals.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or other problems to a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
