Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Truck Team Members in a fast-paced, friendly team environment. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available with starting pay of $15/hr plus tips, bonuses, and incentives.

You will ride in a shiny truck, greet customers, estimate services, and ensure safe disposal of items. Qualified applicants are 21+ with a valid license and good driving history, able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, and ready to thrive in a lively work setting.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age (required for insurance)
• Great attitude, reliable and hardworking
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds repeatedly
• Previous experience in general labor, customer service, driving, or sales is a plus, but not required

Truck Team Members - Driver, Labor, & Customer Service

Hiring immediately for: Full-Time & Part-Time (weekday & weekend shifts available)

Pay start: $15/hr (plus tips, bonuses, and other incentives).

We're a fun and fast-paced operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. And, we do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service, clean shiny trucks and friendly uniformed team.

With 1-800-GOT-JUNK? each day is different. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Alongside another Truck Team Member, you'll operate the company vehicle (no special driver's license required) on assigned service routes for the day


• Providing excellent customer service when you're onsite to remove the items or give them an estimate that they've requested and educating them on our services


• Retrieving, transportation, and disposal of unwanted items, responsibly

Qualifications & Requirements:

• You're 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)


• You have a great attitude, are reliable, and hardworking


• A valid driver’s license & good driving record


• Physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds repeatedly over a full shift


• Previous experience in general labor, customer service, driving, and/or sales is a plus, but isn’t required - we train happy, hardworking individuals.
