Job summary

PalletOne, Inc. in Siler City, NC is seeking reliable General Labor team members to support production operations. This hands‑on role involves moving, stacking and labeling lumber and materials to meet customer and company standards.

Training is provided for motivated individuals with safety in mind. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Move, stack, and secure lumber and materials according to instructions.
• Build finished bundles based on customer requirements and bundle specifications.
• Label and tag materials accurately by type, size, and quantity.
• Operate hand tools such as staple guns and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Band, bundle, and secure material, including corner protectors and loading sticks.
• Verify correct quantities and labeling before material leaves the work area.
• Record production data on production sheets.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
