Job summary

SERVPRO - Frankfort is hiring General Labor to support on-site cleanup and restoration services for fire and water damage in the New Lenox, IL area. The role involves hands-on work, organized and detail-oriented execution, and ongoing training provided by the New Lenox team.

Core hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with occasional extra hours and after-hours rotation as needed. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) matching, with a start pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Water Restoration Team: Extract water to accelerate drying process.
• Support Water Restoration Team: Specialized placement of drying equipment.
• Support Water Restoration Team: Interior demolition as needed.
• Support Water Restoration Team: General labor for various stages of restoration.
• Support Fire Restoration Team: Smoke damage cleaning.
• Support Fire Restoration Team: High detail clean of customer contents and rooms.
• Support Fire Restoration Team: Inventory and packing contents.
• Support Fire Restoration Team: Utilize content tracking via mobile devices.

Our General Labors are always organized, calm, and friendly; going above and beyond to make sure their customer has the best experience possible.

• Rewarding hands-on work with supervisor interaction and room for growth
