Samuel, Son & Co. is seeking a dedicated individual to support production across the facility in Marinette, Wisconsin. You will assist with moving materials, organizing work areas, and delivering supplies while helping welders and fabricators in the tank area. A strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork is essential.

You will contribute to maintaining orderly production spaces, communicating priorities, and performing passivation-related tasks as needed within a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist multiple departments with production needs.
• Provide general support to production employees and supervisors.
• Move, stage, organize, and deliver materials, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Keep production areas clean and organized; remove debris.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain clear aisles, walkways, and storage areas.
• Retrieve tools and materials for production staff.
• Assist with hand welders and fabricators in the tank area.
• Identify safety hazards and report them.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures.
• Support special projects and other tasks as assigned.
• Communicate priorities and needs with production staff.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be willing to work throughout the facility and assist multiple departments based on daily production needs.
• Provide general support to production employees and supervisors throughout the facility.
• Assist with moving, staging, organizing, and delivering materials, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary materials and debris.
• Assist employees with housekeeping activities, including sweeping, picking up materials, and maintaining work areas.
• Help maintain clear aisles, walkways, workstations, and designated storage areas.
• Retrieve tools, materials, parts, and supplies needed by production employees during hole watching.
• Helps assisting hand welders and fabricators when working inside the tank.
• Help identify and report safety hazards, damaged equipment, spills, or unsafe conditions.
• Follow all required safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Help maintain organization of common-use areas and production supplies.
• Assist with special projects, facility needs, and other tasks as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with production employees regarding work priorities and needs.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and demonstrate a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of employees and departments.
• Strong attention to safety and housekeeping.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform passivation processes on stainless steel and other metal components to improve corrosion resistance and surface integrity.
• Prepare, clean, and inspect parts prior to and following passivation treatment.
• Operate and monitor passivation equipment, chemical baths, and associated processing systems in accordance with established procedures.
