Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Hartford City, IN is seeking a dependable Yard/General Labor worker for the 1st shift (7:00 am–5:00 pm) with Saturday 7:00 am–12:00 pm. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

You will place and sort scrap metal on scales, operate Bobcat and forklift, and use skid steers, balers, and other yard equipment. You’ll load/unload trucks, assist with scale house tasks, and work outdoors in all weather. A high school diploma or GED, ability to read/write, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Shift and Compensation - 1st shift-7am-5pm Monday-Friday-7am-12pm on Saturday-Pay: $17.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Place and organize scrap metal onto scales for processing
• Sort various types of scrap metals accurately and efficiently
• Operate heavy equipment including Bobcat and/or forklift
• Utilize skid steers, material handlers, shears, and balers
• Assist with scale house operations as needed
• Load and unload scrap materials from trucks
• Perform general labor duties to support yard operations
• Work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
