General Labor

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labor Associate to join a dynamic team in Dalton, GA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, hands-on environment and are eager to contribute to daily operations.

Pay Rate

• 1st shift: $14/hr
• 2nd shift: $15/hr
• Weekend: $14/hr, If you work the full 36 scheduled hours, you will be compensated for 40 hours.

General Labor Schedule and Hours

• 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm, OT hours 5:00am-5:00pm
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am, OT hours Friday & Saturday 6:00pm-6:30am
• Weekend shift: 6am-6:30pm

General Labor Duties and Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform general labor tasks to support production and warehouse operations.
