Job summary

ResourceMFG in Mississippi is seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily manufacturing and production operations. You will assist with material handling, production support, housekeeping, and other duties to keep the plant running efficiently.

No experience required. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for long shifts, and work safely as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with strong attendance and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attendance record and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Assist machine operators and production team members as needed.
• Perform quality inspections and report defects or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities when required.
• Complete other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
