Job summary

Auris Noble LLC in Akron, OH is seeking a full-time General Labor to join the day shift team. You will help manage material sort and transfer on the plant floor, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support production with minimal supervision.

Requirements include experience with small industrial production ops, ability to lift 50 lb, and reliable transportation. English communication skills are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Position and Benefits

We are looking for a full time, day shift, Monday-Friday, general labor employee to join our Akron Team and contribute to the company’s growth and expansion. Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with small industrial production operations.
• Ability to follow directions and follow through with minimal guidance.
• Reliable daily transportation and the ability to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly adjust to a change in workflow and process.
• Effective written and oral communication in English.

Special Considerations

• Prior industrial/processing experience
• Safe Forklift Operation/ Forklift Certification a plus
• Machine operating experience a plus
• Prior scrap recycling experience
