Job summary

MultiPlan seeks a Support Analyst for Oracle Health General Laboratory to configure GenLab workflows, troubleshoot tickets, and support lab interfaces. You will handle routine setup, verify dictionaries, and assist with onboarding of General Lab analyzers, while coordinating with technologists and IT staff to ensure accurate results and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent related experience.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting Oracle Health General Lab configurations.
• Heads-on experience with Lab Device Interfaces (LMDI) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical lab workflows and standard regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine configuration and maintenance for General Lab workflows.
• Log, triage, and resolve tickets within SLAs for specimen tracking and order workflows.
• Support instrument connectivity and LMDI troubleshooting, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Validate minor build changes and approved enhancements to General Lab configuration.
• Monitor dictionaries and catalogs for accuracy and flag discrepancies.
• Assist with on-boarding and connectivity validation for General Lab analyzers.
• Coordinate with lab technologists and client IT to confirm resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or interface teams.
• Collaborate with Core, Charge Services, and Interface teams on billing and reporting issues.
• Participate in release testing and regression checks for Oracle Health updates.
• Maintain support documentation and ticket notes; contribute to knowledge base.
• Take part in on-call or after-hours rotations as needed.
• Track ticket volume and communicate status to clients and stakeholders.
• Support periodic compliance reviews relevant to lab operations.
