Job Summary

This role oversees front-line testing operations in the laboratory. The candidate must have advanced technical knowledge in relevant fields and be capable of troubleshooting instrument issues with staff. Responsibilities include maintaining quality control, proficiency testing, process improvements, and regulatory compliance. The individual will supervise testing in at least two technical areas, such as Chemistry/Hematology or Blood Bank/Microbiology, and provide technical and scientific oversight of assigned specialty areas. Fostering a caring and healing environment for employees and patients is essential.

Requirements
