Assist in the overall day-to-day operations of the Food & Nutrition Program to ensure a successful school cafeteria. Responsibilities include cooking, preparation, serving, and storage of food, as well as adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures. Job description attached.

Supervised by: Kitchen Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Food & Nutrition Services

Location: Dodd Middle School

Hours and Schedule

Hours per day: 5 hours

Schedule: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm daily, based on the school calendar, plus additional days for training and catering.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Qualified Food Operator Sanitation Certification (Preferred)
• Food Service Experience (Preferred)

Salary

$17.00+ per hour, based on experience
