Overview

Pillar Church is building a contractor database of skilled creative professionals who can contribute to various projects on an as-needed basis. We are looking for graphic designers, web developers, video editors, photographers, illustrators, motion designers, and other creative professionals who align with our mission and values. In certain seasons, we may convert contractors to full-time positions, though there is no guarantee of employment or contracting work by applying to this job posting.

Please understand that this is NOT an open role or full-time staff position, but rather an opportunity to be considered for volunteer, freelance, and/or contract work with Pillar Church’s Creative Team.

Strengths & Skillsets

• Specialized skills in one or more areas: graphic design, web development, video editing, photography, motion graphics, branding, etc.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content.
• Strong attention to detail and high creative standards.
• Ability to work independently while being open to collaboration and feedback.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with churches, ministries, or faith-based organizations is a plus.

Your Schedule

This is a contract-based role with flexible hours depending on project needs. Contractors may be contacted for assignments based on portfolio, availability, and project fit.
