Job summary

Howden is seeking an experienced actuarial professional for the Analytics team to deliver value through pricing, reserving and capital modelling across global (re)insurance workloads. You will work with brokers, carriers and insureds as part of a multidisciplinary group, with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Established practitioner in General Insurance with pricing/reserving/capital modelling experience.
• Pricing/reserving experience in casualty reinsurance is preferred.
• Experience in advisory/placements with brokers, carriers or clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Howden Analytics team on (re)insurance placements and tender opportunities.
• Apply actuarial and analytical techniques to deliver advisory and placement projects.
• Lead client and research projects commensurate with experience.
