You will deliver end‑to‑end ML solutions, own the full stack ML system, and optimize algorithms and infrastructure to boost recommendation performance. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design product strategies and drive growth in key markets.

Qualifications

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Build industry-leading recommendation systems to improve user experience, content ecosystem, and platform security.
• Deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions addressing critical product challenges.
• Own the full stack machine learning system and optimize algorithms and infrastructure to enhance recommendation performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design product strategies and develop solutions to grow TikTok in key markets.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Individuals completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related technical discipline.
• Proficient coding skills with strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures using C++, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience in Machine Learning and familiarity with at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience in one or more areas including NLP, Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, or Machine Learning.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred qualifications include authorship of published papers in accredited academic conferences and achievements in algorithm or machine learning competitions such as ACM or Kaggle.
