Nestlé Health Science is seeking personnel for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am, Sunday through Thursday) at 815 Grundy Avenue, Holbrook. The role involves replenishing materials, assembling trays, palletizing, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following GMPs and SOPs. Basic math and English proficiency are required.

Paid hourly in the range of $18.98 to $21.98, with a $3.00/hour shift differential for 3rd shift. Onboarding is a 4–5 day program.

3rd shift – 11:00 pm – 7:30 am, Sunday through Thursday

Location includes:

• 815 Grundy Avenue, Holbrook

Onboarding schedule:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

Responsibilities:

• Replenish materials and report shortages or inconsistencies
• Assemble cardboard trays and stack products onto pallets
• Wrap products manually or using a wrapping machine
• Verify product selection and quantity; apply labels as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-1 years of factory or manufacturing experience preferred
• Understanding of material handling and equipment preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Skills:

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable using computers or tablets

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.98-21.98. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
