Position Overview

Contractors will perform a wide range of property maintenance, handyman repairs, Electrical repairs, HVAC services, troubleshooting, and residential/commercial improvement projects.

The ideal contractor should be comfortable working independently, diagnosing problems, communicating with customers, documenting completed work, and completing repairs according to professional standards.

General Handyman & Property Maintenance Services

Contractors may receive work orders involving:

• Drywall repair, patching, and wall restoration

• Interior and exterior property repairs

• Door installation, adjustment, and repair

• Lock, handle, and hardware replacement

• Cabinet repair and installation

• Shelving and mounting services

• Carpentry repairs
