Novant Health Gastroenterology Wilmington is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join an established team. Board-certified/eligible candidates with GI fellowship training are preferred. ERCP/EUS interest is a plus; primarily outpatient office visits with procedures done outpatient and minimal hospital call.

The group includes 8 physicians and 10 PAs, affiliated with Novant Health network, offering a salary guarantee and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in GI.
• Current MD or DO license in North Carolina.
• Completion of an accredited GI fellowship.
• Interest or training in ERCP/EUS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient GI care and office visits.
• Perform procedures as outpatient; hospital call is minimal.
• Collaborate with a team of GI physicians and APPs.
• Contribute to continuity of care at Novant Health Gastroenterology Wilmington.

What We Offer

Novant Health Surgical Institute is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join their established team, Novant Health Gastroenterology - Wilmington, located in the desirable coastal community of Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate is board certified/ board eligible and has a background and interest in providing full spectrum GI care. ERCP, EUS, Advanced Training a plus but not required. Primarily see patients in the office and procedures are outpatient; hospital call is minimal. The group consists of 8 physicians, with one physician providing GI hospitalist care each week, and 10 APPs; affiliated with Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, the only level II Trauma center in southeastern North Carolina.
