WVU Medicine - United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV seeks gastroenterologists to join a well-established GI practice serving a large regional patient base.

Candidates will diagnose and treat digestive disorders, participate in both inpatient and outpatient care, and benefit from a hospital-employed model with competitive base salary and bonus incentives. Call schedule includes 1:6 on inpatient service, with strong clinical support from APPs and endoscopy volumes.

• Diagnose and treat digestive disorders including liver disease, ulcers, IBS, cancers, and other GI conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.

WVU Medicine - United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV seeks gastroenterologists (multiple openings) to join a well-established practice with a strong reputation for providing excellent general and advanced GI care to a patient base of close to 300,000. You will be part of a cohesive and highly supported team of providers that practice under one roof with the clinic connected to the hospital. Duties: Successful candidates will diagnose and treat patients with digestive disorders including liver disease, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, cancers and other disorders of the gastrointestinal system in both the outpatient and inpatient settings.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Non-profit, 300 bed new hospital facility
• Call of 1:6 and every sixth week inpatient service
• 6 Advanced Practice Providers across inpatient and clinic
• Over 100 endoscopy cases per physician per month
• 3 days in clinic and 2 days in endoscopy
• Consultative practice with hospitalists admitting
