Job summary

TESIM Electric seeks a General Foreman to lead hyperscale data-center electrical crews under the Superintendent. You will dispatch foremen, keep installations on schedule, and uphold strict quality and safety standards for mission-critical projects.

You will own daily crew deployment, direct execution of complex installations, and safety coaching while escalating schedule or scope changes to the Superintendent as needed. Texas code knowledge and OSHA certification are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial electrical experience, with 2+ years leading crews.
• Knowledge of NEC and Texas electrical code.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and execute installations to plan.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

About the Role

Compensation

$46–$67/hr DOE. Health, dental, vision. Overtime opportunities. Paid holidays.
