Provides day‑to‑day leadership to craft crews, oversees field execution, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with refinery standards, Austin Industrial procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise craft foremen and skilled craft teams during daily refinery operations, turnarounds, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and work sequencing to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Enforce site safety policies, procedures, and permit‑to‑work requirements; lead daily safety meetings and job hazard analyses.
• Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure work quality and productivity standards are met.
