Job summary

LiveSAFE Solutions seeks a seasoned General Foreman to lead two or more crews on 3-phase reconductor projects. You will mentor foremen, coordinate field tasks, and drive safety and efficiency across multiple job sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of linework, 3+ years as a foreman, ability to read prints, OSHA/NESC knowledge, CDL preferred, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of linework experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman.
• Ability to bring and lead 2 or more crews.
• Experience performing and overseeing 3-phase reconductor projects.
• Strong leadership and crew-management skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NESC safety standards.
• Ability to read prints and plans.
• CDL preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

LiveSAFE Solutions is looking for a skilled General Foreman with strong field leadership experience and the ability to bring 2 or more qualified crews for 3-phase reconductor work. If you enjoy mentoring teams, solving problems in the field, and keeping projects running safely and efficiently, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
