Aecon is seeking an experienced general foreman to lead and coordinate crews on complex construction, installation, and repair work. You will interpret blueprints, plan sequences, ensure resources, and maintain clear communication with clients and project leadership.
You’ll act as a safety leader, oversee field execution, conduct JSAs and toolbox talks, and ensure work meets quality, schedule, and compliance requirements while coaching teams for peak performance.

We are looking for an experienced general foreman who can lead and coordinate crews to safely execute construction, installation, and repair work in accordance with defined job packages. The ideal candidate can interpret blueprints, plan and sequence work activities, ensure materials and resources are available, and maintain clear communication with clients, quality teams, and project leadership. This role requires a strong safety leader who can oversee field execution, identify and mitigate hazards, conduct safety meetings and job analyses, and ensure all work meets quality, schedule, and compliance requirements.
