Operating under the supervision of the local General Maintenance Manager, you'll follow established maintenance schedules and guidelines, conducting inspections, cleaning, and repairs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $45,760 - $83,200
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (for select locations)

Essential Functions

• Maintain and repair facilities and equipment using various craft skills and tools
• Utilize work order management system for reactive repairs and documentation
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete safety training for equipment operation

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Comfortable working in various temperatures and environments
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• Vocational or technical certification and experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or related fields
