Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Compensation:

• Salary range: $45,760 - $83,200
• Currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus (for select locations)

• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Functions

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills and tools.

• Complete all required safety training.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to work in various temperatures and stand or sit for long periods
• Valid driver's license with an excellent record
• Vocational or technical certification and 1 year experience, or 2 years of work experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or related fields
