Privia Health’s Marin ENT practice in Greenbrae, CA is seeking a BC/BE otolaryngology physician to join a physician-owned private practice in the North Bay. The role emphasizes general ENT with potential subspecialty interests and a flexible full‑time schedule with clinic hours Monday–Friday and rotating hospital call.

The team includes board certified ENT, APP, audiologists, and a supportive staff; procedures are done in-office with surgeries at MarinHealth Medical Center as needed.

Qualifications

• BC/BE otolaryngology physician with a broad interest in general ENT.
• Flexible full-time schedule with clinic hours Monday-Friday and rotating hospital call.
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general ENT services, including in-office procedures.
• Perform surgeries at MarinHealth Medical Center as needed.
• Collaborate with physician team, APPs, audiologists and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
