Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) in Kingman, Arizona seeks a General Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our growing, community-focused health system. This is a full-time, hospital-employed role with a strong referral base and the potential to build a thriving ENT practice in a region with high demand.

You will benefit from dedicated clinic time, OR block time, supportive anesthesia and surgical services, and collaboration across primary care, ER, pediatrics, oncology and other specialties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Arizona medical license eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform in-office procedures (based on physician comfort and skill).
• Conduct surgical cases including tonsils, adenoids, sinus procedures, tympanostomy tubes, etc.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Help build, expand, and shape a growing ENT service line.
