Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a professional engineering degree.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Meet DAWIA requirements within 24 months.
• Mission-essential position must continue during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Design, project programming, construction management and improvement of real property facilities and infrastructure.
• Manage facility renovation and construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop statements of work and cost estimates; coordinate with contracting personnel and contractors.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, quality, and compliance with codes and standards.
