Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing technical knowledge for Undersea Warfare (USW) Electromagnetic Systems and assisting in the design, development, and testing and evaluation of USW Electromagnetic Systems across submarine platforms.
