• Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing systems engineering functions specifically applied to the design, development, and integration of complex Undersea Warfare Combat Systems, managing resources to deliver technical, naval defense systems, using oral communication to build trust, influence others, and foster collaboration, and developing others to build the technical proficiency of an engineering team.
