Job summary

Piedmont Carolina Nursery & Landscaping is seeking entry-level team members to assist with nursery operations, landscape maintenance, or installation based on openings, experience, and company needs. You will engage in hands-on outdoor work and learn from experienced crew.

• Planting, loading, moving, and caring for trees and other plant material.
• Mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and general property maintenance.
• Assisting with landscape installation, site prep, grading, planting, and cleanup.
• Safely using hand tools, power equipment, vehicles, and other machinery after training.
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Keeping jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Following safety procedures and supervisors’ instructions.
• Working cooperatively with crew members and providing professional service to customers.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
