Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates teaching program with site-based goals and district-wide objectives.
• Implements curricula to meet state standards and benchmarks for each grade.
• Arranges classroom for optimum learning and safety.
• Uses conflict resolution skills with students.
• Maintains classroom order and environment conducive to learning.
• Develops goals and maintains documentation for accountability.
• Maintains student records and attendance; completes reports and report cards on time.
• Maintains contact with parents/guardians and attends conferences.
• Attends staff meetings and in-service training.
• Demonstrates competent technology skills.
