Job summary

Ebeling Elementary in Utica Community Schools is seeking a General Education Teacher Assistant to support students with diverse needs. The part-time paraprofessional will help implement instructional and behavioral plans and assist in classroom activities during a 11:50 am–3:20 pm schedule.

Candidates should be reliable with a school-centered approach, flexible to student requirements, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in a busy classroom setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated understanding of student needs and ability to work with all students.
• Ability to assist students with multiple challenges in classroom environments.
• Ability to follow through with prescribed behavioral management or instructional programs.
• Ability to maintain composure and communicate during stressful situations.

• Good attendance required.
