Job summary

Amergis seeks a School Teacher to implement daily instructional plans, manage a classroom environment, and build rapport with students. You will collaborate with the building administrator and other teachers to support student growth.

This contract-full-time position in Milwaukee, WI requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, state teaching licensure, and prior teaching experience. Amergis offers weekly pay, health and retirement benefits, and ongoing recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Teacher license/certification, as applicable by state or contract/district.
• One year of experience as a school teacher, preferred.
• Ability to read and implement instructional plans, correspond with parents and administration, and effectively present information and respond to questions from administration, parents, students, staff members, and the general public as requested
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
