The role requires a DDS/DMD with NJ license and a strong focus on patient-centered care, quality outcomes, and continuous professional growth. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree required with orthodontic experience.
Valid dental license in the state of New Jersey.
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat malocclusions and plan comprehensive care.
Provide orthodontic treatment using braces and aligners.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Educate patients on oral health during and after treatment.
Collaborate with dental team to deliver coordinated care.
Maintain accurate patient records and regulatory compliance.
