Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted license in Oklahoma
• Clinical knowledge for comprehensive dentistry
• Desire to continue learning and grow skills
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Must have access to minimum PHI for job functions; HIPAA training and data safeguards are required

Preferred Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree and license in Tennessee
• Dedication to excellence and patient-centered care
• Willingness to credential with insurance plans

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
