Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree, active license in Ohio
• Knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment
• Desire for continuous learning and skill growth
• Ability to credential with dental insurance plans
• Compliance with HIPAA and data protection standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic training sessions
• TB test required before starting (except in FL & TN)
