Cavanaugh Dental in Lansing, Michigan, is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our established practice on Thursdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. This role offers flexible, part-time scheduling with the potential to supplement current hours while delivering quality care.

You will work with an experienced team in a patient-centered, collaborative environment, using modern technology for comprehensive dentistry, including crowns, implants, and restorative procedures.

Cavanaugh Dental in Lansing, Michigan, is seeking an experienced, compassionate General Dentist to join our established practice on Thursdays!

Whether you're looking to supplement your current schedule or enjoy the flexibility of working one additional day per week, we'd love to meet you!

• Competitive compensation – up to 35% of collections
• Established patient base with a variety of treatment needs

A LOOK AT YOUR DAY

Our practice provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency treatment.

• Approximately 8–10 doctor patients daily, depending on provider preferences
• Approximately 12 hygiene exams daily
• Morning team huddle and a collaborative clinical environment
• Experienced Lead Dentist providing Thursday afternoon support
• Two Co-Office Managers
• Two Full-Time and Two Part-Time Hygienists
• Three Full-Time Dental Assistants
• Additional temporary hygiene support as needed

TECHNOLOGY & EQUIPMENT

• Digital X-rays and intraoral cameras
• Paperless charting
• Panoramic imaging
• Dentsply Sirona scanner
• Air-driven handpieces
