Job summary

42 North Dental, located in Enfield, CT, is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time role. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-house periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• Active dentistry license in good standing and eligibility to practice in CT.
• Hepatitis B vaccination proof and malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
