Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Enfield, CT. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers strong earning potential, a daily patient flow, and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and internal CE events.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments through CE
