Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with knowledge of many dental treatment modalities. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including preventive care and restorative procedures.

Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics.

Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.

Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments using Dentrix software.

Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in dentistry.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.

Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.

Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is advantageous.

Experience with crown and bridge, endo, implant and aligners is a plus.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to providing compassionate care while ensuring patient comfort throughout treatment processes.

Compensation: Day rate + monthly bonus based on production.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $650.00 - $800.00 per day

Schedule:

8 hour shift
