Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active (or eligible for) Arkansas dental license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general procedures.
• Excellent chairside manner and genuine care for patient comfort.
• A team-oriented, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience with digital dentistry and modern practice technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care.
• Perform exams, cleanings oversight, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients.
• Build lasting patient relationships grounded in trust and education.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of care and infection control.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to deliver a smooth patient experience.
• Stay current with continuing education and evolving clinical techniques.
