Compensation: $200,000 - $350,000 / year

Are you a Dentist looking for flexibility with your schedule? We would like to discuss what you are looking for!

In our quest to help our communities be healthier, feel better, and smile with confidence, we are adding Dentists in a PRN capacity to support our practices. We are open to discussing your goals and availability to find the right fit for everyone.

We provide the necessary support to ensure our Dentists are successful. While you focus on patients, we handle the business aspects, including Clinical Development, Marketing, IT, HR, Operations Management, Compliance, and Accounting & Finance.

Primary responsibilities of our dentists
  • Diagnose and provide appropriate treatment for patients while maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Educate patients and guardians on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outline goals for both medical and dental health considerations.
  • Create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere to help patients feel comfortable and encourage retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive environment.
