Job summary

Florida Dental As seeks a licensed general dentist to diagnose and treat diseases of teeth, gums, and related oral structures. You will perform exams, x-rays, fillings, extractions, crowns, and restorative procedures while educating patients on oral hygiene.

Applicants should hold a DDS/DMD with Florida licensure or eligibility, and ideally have completed a GPR/AEGD. BLS/CPR certification is required to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required; active license in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
• Completion of a general practice residency (GPR) or advanced education in general dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients to diagnose conditions using exam, x-rays, and diagnostic tools.
• Perform general dentistry procedures: clean, fill, extract, and restore teeth.
• Provide preventive care and patient education on oral hygiene.
