Desort is seeking a General Dentist in Clovis, NM to join a collaborative clinical team. The role focuses on comprehensive care for children and adults, with emphasis on quality treatment planning and patient education.

You will diagnose, treat, and present treatment plans while adhering to regulatory standards and promoting a positive patient experience. Ideal candidates hold a DDS/DMD, with current or eligible licensure.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school is required.
• Strong focus on patient-centered care and clinical quality.
• Excellent treatment planning and patient-education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to children and adults
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions
• Perform restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, and prosthetic procedures
• Develop, present, and explain treatment plans
• Discuss treatment options and obtain informed consent
• Maintain accurate dental and medical records
• Follow applicable dental board, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements
• Provide leadership and direction to dental assistants and clinical support staff
