Desort is seeking a General Practice Dentist in Hobbs, NM to join its collaborative clinical team. The practice is committed to patient-centered care, high-quality dentistry, and professional growth, with modern facilities and advanced dental technology.

You will provide comprehensive care to children and adults, diagnose and treat conditions, perform restorations, extractions, crowns and dentures, develop and explain treatment plans, obtain informed consent, maintain records, and lead dental

Formación

• DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school.
• Current or eligible dental license.
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical quality.
• Strong treatment-planning and patient-education skills.
• Experienced dentists and prospective graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive dental care to children and adults
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions
• Perform restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, and prosthetic procedures
• Develop, present, and explain treatment plans
• Discuss treatment options and obtain informed consent
• Maintain accurate dental and medical records
• Follow applicable dental board, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements
• Provide leadership and direction to dental assistants and clinical support staff
• Promote a positive, collaborative patient-care environment
