Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, emphasizing prevention and education. You will diagnose, treat, and manage dental diseases, coordinate with specialists, and supervise dental hygienists and assistants as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental program (DDS/DMD) with Wisconsin license eligibility.
• Strong ethics and professional conduct.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures.
• Review medical and dental histories and evaluate overall health at every visit.
• Identify patient concerns and address contraindications before treatment.
• Chart and report all pathological conditions and findings to patients.
• Prescribe medications as needed and document all care provided per policies.
• Design and fabricate dentures or other appliances to replace missing teeth.
• Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride applications, sealants, and education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for referrals or consultations.
• Participate in on-call rotations as determined by the clinic.
• Supervise the Chief Dental Officer and staff in clinical performance; monitor radiography quality and safety.
