Job summary

Health Center Inc., known as The New York Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association of NYC, Inc Employee Benefit Funds, seeks a General Dentist for Midtown or Harlem locations to serve union members with no weekends or overnight shifts.

The role involves comprehensive dental care, treatment planning, and patient education, with on-call duties and emergency care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active New York State dental license required.
• BCLS, DEA, and infection control certifications required.
• Experience in general dentistry and patient education preferred.
• Must meet appointment/reappointment requirements for clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental care and treatment to patients.
• Assess patient needs and determine appropriate care.
• Develop and explain individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventive and planned care.
• Make referrals as indicated and participate in on-call schedule.
• Provide emergency dental care and document cases electronically.
